Heronswood House is a secluded country home situated on the outskirts of Moss Vale, in the centre of the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Heronswood House is the ideal venue for the smaller meeting, where the emphasis is on privacy, relaxation, value and personal attentive service. The resident proprietors Brian and Tina Davis's attention to detail, will ensure your meeting is a success.

At Heronswood House, your meeting venue is your own spacious country home complete with private grounds. Heronswood, provides a stimulating environment, for groups of up to ten participants

The daily meeting tariff includes:-

Accommodation:
Country style accommodation in spacious well appointed ensuite rooms.

Country Style Cooked Breakfast:
A much talked about feature of Heronswood, the country breakfast, ensures a great start to your day

Morning & Afternoon tea and coffee:
Selection of cookies, including Tina's home cooked Welsh cakes, along with fresh fruit. Accompanied with Tea, Coffee, Fruit Juices and Mineral Water.

Lunch:
Working lunch is served buffet style, either in the sunroom or, when weather permits, on the wide decking at the rear of the property, and features gourmet sandwiches and hot savoury items, mineral water orange juice, tea and coffee.

Dinner (optional):
At the end of the day relax in the warmly decorated dining room and select from traditional "Tastes of the Highlands" menu.

A selection of wines and beverages are provided in conjunction with a local supplier. This service is available at additional cost.

Meeting Room:
A full boardroom table to seat all participants, white board, flip charts, video, overhead projector and screen are available for your use.

Full range of additional technical equipment available on request and subject to additional charges

Business Corner:
For your convenience a complimentary business corner has been set up, and includes Desk and free WiFi service.

Activities:
It would be our pleasure to arrange for you during your conference stay - local sightseeing tours with an emphasis on the history of the Southern Highlands, golf tournaments, fly fishing, guided walks, garden inspections, horse riding and local vineyard visits with wine tasting.

Rates:
Day meetings (start after 8.30am - finish before 5.30pm)
Mid week rates:- Sunday thru Thursday
$55.00 + GST ($5.50) = $60.50 per delegate.
Weekend rates - Not applicable - no day meetings taken over weekend. 
Residential meetings (per person per 24 hours)
Mid-week rates - Sunday thru Thursday
Single - $140.00 + GST ($14.00) = $154.00
Twin/Double - $130.00 + GST ($13.00) = $143.00
Week-end rates - Friday & Saturday
Single - $240.00 + GST ($24.00) = $264.00
Twin/Double - $160.00 + GST ($16.00) = $176.00

To provide you with flexibility and the opportunity to sample some of the many and varied restaurants in the Southern Highlands, the above prices do not include dinners. Ask about our menu's to see the wide choice available. All dinner menu's are costed at $48.00 per person
